Wayfinding:
An Introduction to Navigating Space and Human Behavior in Design
This four-hour (4.0 hr.)course provides architects and interior designers with an introduction to how people mentally navigate space and the difference between our perceived reality of what we think people do and what people actually do. The course teaches the essential principles of good wayfinding and design communication which can be applied to any project type.
Hospital Wayfinding and Design
This four hour (4.0 hr.) course provides architects and interior designers with an introduction to how people navigate in hospitals and medical centers and ways of improving getting from Point A, to Point B and beyond. The course will also examin principles of hospital wayfinding and the difference between our preceptions and realities. The course will also discuss ways of improving the user experience.
